The Essentials: Day 1
Everything you need on your first day. You are joining the sales team built by Rebecca Zung, 25-year trial lawyer, top 1 percent attorney, TEDx speaker, selling the world’s first patented AI-powered strategic leverage platform.
Day 1, hour by hour
- Systems setup and login verification. GHL, Slack, Zoom, Fathom, GSuite. Confirm all five before anything else.
- Team introduction and manager check-in. Meet the team, connect with Dennis on Slack.
- Required reading: Company Knowledge Base + Product Intelligence. Understand the company and every product before you dial.
- Required reading: Avatars, Personas and the CASE Method. Non-negotiable.
- Break.
- First dial block (observed). 15-20 calls with a manager or senior rep listening. Focus on positioning and discovery, not closing.
- Lunch.
- Debrief morning calls with manager. What worked, what didn’t, adjustments for the afternoon.
- Second dial block (observed). 15-20 more calls. Apply the debrief.
- Break.
- Review Voice Rules and Objection Handling. After hearing real objections, the positioning language lands differently.
- End of day debrief with manager. Day 1 recap, tomorrow’s focus.
- GHL cleanup and EOD report. Log all calls, update dispositions, post the EOD report to Slack #end-of-day-reports by 7PM Pacific.

| System |
Purpose |
| GoHighLevel |
Your CRM. Every lead, call, pipeline and note lives here. |
| Slack |
Internal comms. Stay in #sales-floor and #end-of-day-reports. |
| Zoom |
Video calls with prospects. Keep the background clean and approved. |
| Fathom |

Day 1 checklist
- Log into all systems (GHL, Slack, Zoom, Fathom, GSuite).
- Join Slack channels: #sales-floor, #end-of-day-reports, #announcements.
- Review your assigned pipeline in GHL.
- Read Company Knowledge Base and Product Intelligence.
- Learn the three avatars and five personas.
- Understand the CASE Method framework.
- Review Voice Rules: what to say and what never to say.
- Try the AI Coach: ask it anything about products, process or positioning.
First calls: what to expect
- You’ll be observed. Manager or senior rep on every call. It is coaching, not surveillance. Lean into it.
- Lead with positioning, not product. “The situation isn’t moving because the approach isn’t creating leverage.” Start there.
- Use the right language. Leverage, Strategy, Clarity, Control, Positioning. Never feel, support, journey, healing, empowerment.
- Debrief after every call. Quick hit with your observer: what worked, what didn’t, one thing to try next.

Troubleshooting
- Can’t log into GHL or Slack: message or text Dennis immediately. Usually fixed in 10 minutes; do not lose your morning to a login.
- Pipeline looks empty or wrong: check GHL filters and pipeline view first. Genuinely empty: flag in #sales-floor, Dennis reassigns leads in minutes.
- Froze on a call: happens to everyone; that is why the observer is there. Debrief, note what threw you, dial the next number. Speed of recovery beats the stumble.
- Prospect asked something you don’t know: “Great question, let me confirm that detail and get right back to you today.” Never guess. Get the answer from Dennis or Kayvon and call back.
- Behind on the timeline: the timeline is a guide, not a performance metric. Tell Dennis; he adjusts. Never rush the required reading to catch up on dials.
