Reporting and Tracking

Daily reporting responsibilities and SOPs. No EOD = no performance tracking. No exceptions.

EOD report

Post to Slack #end-of-day-reports by 7PM Pacific every working day. This is how performance is tracked, and numbers must match the Sale Tracker exactly.

Required fields:

  1. Total Revenue Generated
  2. Total Collected
  3. Booked Calls
  4. Live Calls
  5. Offers Made
  6. Enrollments
  7. Deposits Taken
  8. Call Results: outcome, client name, and relevant details per call

Sale Tracker (critical)

Pin it to your toolbar now.

  • Enter every sale the same day. The moment it closes. No batch processing, no waiting until tomorrow.
  • Separate row per installment. Payment plans get one row per installment.
  • Mark NEW vs RECURRING. Always label new client versus recurring payment.
  • Submit the Sales Claims tab immediately after every sale. This feeds the commission process; see compensation.

GHL pipeline standards

  • Accuracy over assumption. The pipeline must always reflect reality. Deal moved: update it. Prospect went cold: mark it. Never leave stale data.
  • All calls recorded. Every call recorded and uploaded to GHL, for quality, training and compliance.
  • Update after every interaction. Status, notes and next steps immediately after every call, text or email.
  • Daily sweep. Sweep the entire pipeline at the end of every day so management sees an accurate picture.

Daily reporting checklist

  1. Submit the EOD report to #end-of-day-reports by 7PM Pacific.
  2. Enter all sales into the Sale Tracker immediately, same day.
  3. Record all calls and upload to GHL.
  4. Sweep the pipeline; update all statuses to reflect reality.
  5. Submit the Sales Claims tab immediately after every sale.
